The Village Depot Order process

Collecting from the The Village Depot - small or big :-

1. Shop online or by telephone / mail order.

2. Be sure to check that you can request an alternative delivery address to your own.

3. Advise the following delivery details as your preferred delivery address :-

Please also tell us how you want to be notified that your items have been delivered to The Village Depot.

5. We will give you a Village Depot order number.

6. We will tell you when your goods have been received.

7. Collect from us anytime Mon-Sat 8am - 8pm.

8. On collection pay the appropriate fee in cash.

9. We will provide you with a receipt on collection.

5. We will give you a Village Depot order number.

6. We will tell you using your requested method when your goods have been received.

7. Telephone the Village Depot to organise delivery. These are made between 4pm-8pm Monday to Saturday.

8. On delivery pay the appropriate Village Depot fee in cash.

9. We will provide you with a receipt on delivery when you make payment.
